Marc Anderson, Support Manager
Long serving member of staff Marc Anderson joined C2 Software over five years ago from a varied employment background which included a stint as a coal man.
Marc heads up the support team for C2 Software, providing online, email and telephone support to our many clients and partners. Marc also deals with any new releases of C2 Software products, upgrades, patches and new installations including the recent Careers Scotland and APM Group websites.
Marcs skills include HTML, ASP, Javascript, the use of PeerSync, IIS and Enterprise Manager and the ability to juggle. Objects that is, not client projects. Marc also likes to dabble in website design and has been tinkering with computers since the tender age of twelve. Way back when computers were started with a wind up key and before decimalisation was introduced apparently.
Marc is a keen musician, keeper of tropical fish, husband, father and dog owner, the latter three ensuring that days spent on his other hobby of fishing are few and far between. Marc is also a keen Star Wars fan and can recite lines from the films with frightening accuracy.
Marc enjoys working for C2 Software for the interaction with clients and satisfaction of solving their problems. That and the fact he doesn't get home from work covered in coal dust anymore. Well, not as often anyway.
